Coolest Boss

I just wanna take a break for a while about my life's footlights and drama 😂. So yesterday my co-workers and I celebrated our manager's Despedida party. He's going back to Cebu with his family. It's actually sad to see him go and leave the company, but that's what life is about - people come and go. It's sad cause he was actually a cool boss you know? And my co-workers also tell me that because of him, our company's management actually became better because of how he handles people and situations. And yes I have definitely witnessed his work etiquette too.

I'm so amazed by how he smoothly handles any type of situation. I don't think I've seen him being stressed about work, or maybe he really is just a good example of "grace under pressure". Sometimes our conversation goes like this:

Me: Sir, nanawag si room 204 kay kuan daw *insert problem here* 😂
Sir: Oh unya? Edi kuana na *insert solution here* 😂
Me: Awh oh diay, sige sir.

And then I'm like "Wow that was fast." It's like he already knows what to do, or maybe he really is a fast-thinker. Well, he's had a lot of work experience in the past that made him be who he is now. He's also a joker in the office, and sometimes he cracks dirty jokes too 😂. It's awesome how he's a combination of professional, funny, outgoing, street smart, and kind all in one body.

Sometimes I wish I was as cool as him, wherein if problems come knocking at my door, I would be like "Oh hey, here's the solution. Thanks bye." Just like that. But oh well, life doesn't work that way for everybody. But I'm grateful to have met him and be under his management, such an honor. He's someone I can look up to. T

They were giving him long thank you speeches yesterday, but I was just simply saying, "Thank you Sir!" Sorry If I wasn't that vocal hahaha but I'm forever grateful. Thank you to our Coolest boss, and bon voyage. 😊
